Problem Statement

The ordering and payment process in health platforms requires a high level of clarity, security, and trust. At Vitau, the complexity of the checkout—medical information, prescriptions, delivery options, and payment—could create friction, uncertainty, and drop-offs at a critical moment in the purchase flow.

My Responsibilities

User Research
I analyzed user behavior throughout the purchase process, identifying friction points, common doubts, and drop-offs during checkout.

Purchase Flow Analysis
I evaluated the full journey from product selection to payment confirmation, considering the specific requirements of medical products and prescriptions.

Information Architecture
I reorganized checkout information to present key data—delivery, payment, prescriptions, and order summary—in a clear, progressive, and easy-to-understand way.

Wireframing & Prototyping
I designed wireframes and interactive prototypes in Figma to validate the order and payment flow, prioritizing clarity and friction reduction.

Visual Design & UI
I developed a clean, trustworthy interface aligned with Vitau’s brand identity, reinforcing a sense of security and professionalism.

Validation & Testing
I iterated on the design based on qualitative feedback, ensuring the process was easy to understand and complete without errors.

Collaboration
I worked closely with product and engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and accurate implementation of the flow.
